Super diet for Super kids

So here I am again with some helpful stuff.
Hey mommy's.. I know you always search web to find out what's best for your child...Guess what! I do this all the time.
Our topics generally are health, education ,activities, games and many more....
We all want to keep our kids healthy and fit.
Nowadays normal diet of children comprises some process foods for example ,biscuits, sandwiches ,noodles ,candies and chocolates.
There is nothing wrong in these foods if they are given in limit.
Kids needs to enjoy there favorite food too as these days kids are already so exhausted with school, tuitions ,assignments ,homework.
In order to make our kids excel in these areas we needs to give them super food.
Diet of kids in growing stage should comprise of vitamins and minerals.
What I am putting here is diet plan for the kids which I follow myself. I am not proffesional but hey I am a mom and who knows better than mom!! This is a simple to follow plan. I call it super kids meal plan.
Super kids meal plan:
This is a basic meal plane I have planned it as per indian diet .
Breakfast: 7am-8 am
Egges(omlet /scrumbled/boiled) and
Parathas(spinach/cauliflower/cabbage/potato/paneer/methi) or
Sprouts/poha/upma/idli etc or
Fruit bowl and
Cup of milk(camel milk is best for guts )
Lunch:11am-12 pm
Chapathi with vegitables (leafy vegetables/dark color vegetables)/chicken/fish
Dal(toor/moog/black dal/chana dal/masoor dal) and
Small bowl of yogurt and
Salad
Snacks:4pm-5pm
Veg cutlets or
Nut bars or
Breadwrap(chapati -vegitable rolls)/ chips(banana/tapioca)
Nuts and seeds
Dinner:7pm-8pm
Dosa and sambar or
Brown rice vegetable pulao with raita(yogurt)
Moong dal pancakes(chilla) with mint /cocunut/tomato chutani(sauce)
Small bowl of grated salad with olive oil dressing
As per above plan you can add a various foods from following video and make your own balance diet for you kids and you too.
Here in my diet I did not include juices because in my opinion its always better to have them in there natural shape as you will not loose fibers, but if you want to add go ahead. π
If any kids are having stomach issues, its better to avoid diary products and wheat products.
Avoid sugar as much as possible. Natural sugar like through fruits is very healthy.
